You must be an incoming student in Clark County School District (or eligible to be a student in CCSD) to audition for Las Vegas Academy.  We are a public magnet high school program.

When are the auditions for admission into Las Vegas Academy?

The next round of auditions for admission into LVA will be held on January 20 and 27, 2018. 

Do I have to schedule an appointment?

 YES. Auditions for the ACTING PROGRAM and

Interviews for the TECHNICAL THEATRE PROGRAM are

BY APPOINTMENT.

To schedule an appointment, you must first make application to the Magnet Programs at CCSD by visiting

 http://magnet.ccsd.net

and follow the instructions on CCSD’s website.

Please do not call the theatre department to schedule your appointment.

Where do I go to Audition/Interview?

Auditions for both the Theatre and Technical Theatre programs are in the

Lowden Theater for the Performing Arts, 9th St and Clark Avenue (Click here for map)

Latecomers will not be auditioned/interviewed.
